Privacy Policy

Who we are
Fundprints ("we", "us") operates fundprints.com, a research publication that reads public institutional disclosures. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account data. When you create an account we store your email address, an optional name, and timestamps. Passwords are stored only as salted bcrypt hashes. We cannot read them.
Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths) are kept for security and rate limiting and rotated automatically. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To operate the product, send the emails you asked for (the Morning Prints digest, watchlist alerts, account notices), secure the service, and comply with law. We do not sell or rent your personal data. Ever.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (password and security notices) are sent only as needed. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account or waitlist entry is active. Email privacy@fundprints.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests regardless of where you live.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie for authentication. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are set on this site today; if that changes, this policy and an on-site notice will be updated first.
Processors
We use infrastructure and email-delivery providers to run the service. They process data on our instructions under their own security obligations.
